About Belinda Gates
Managing her own advertising agency at the age of 23, Belinda has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. After several years in advertising focusing on the commercial aviation industry, she shifted into the business of building design and construction. And, after 17 years, she retired as an owner of a large architectural/engineering company. She has since pursued her passion to support and inspire others to reach their goals. As an Associate Certified Coach, Speaker and Author, Belinda's leadership development and executive coaching services support engineers, utilities, contractors and manufacturing companies as well as other corporate clients and non-profit organizations. Belinda is the author of Your Successful Life, The Playbook for Defining and Achieving What Success Means to You. Her speaking engagements include conferences and corporate meetings nationwide on the topics of leadership development, goal-setting, planning, achieving success and other topics. Also, she founded MAP: Mentoring Athletes Program and mentors collegiate teams on career planning and independent living. When Belinda isn't on the road speaking at conferences or meeting with clients, you'll find her loving and living life through many adventures. Flexible coaching delivery process
One of the unique things about my coaching practice is my flexibility to work with clients on their schedule. I'm available weekdays, weekends and evenings, based on the needs of the individual. I also utilize technology to accommodate clients around the globe. How do we work together? My coaching process is a solutions-based method that draws the best out of people. I focus on your current status and future short-term or long-term goals. Depending on your expected outcome and needs, I can deliver coaching in a variety of ways, including:
Most of my coaching is conducted over the phone and it is a very effective method for working with clients. For teams and corporate environments, I'm available to travel or use technology as the situation dictates. Most sessions start with a 6-10 session package, although many clients continue as they reach further for aspirations or continuously manage challenges at work or in their personal lives. Usually, we will work together 2-3 times per month or however often your schedule allows.
